Get in touch with details of your move — what you’re moving, from where to where, and any access considerations — and we’ll confirm a price. Several of our services have a published starting price on this site, so you already have a rough figure before you contact us.

Are your prices ex VAT?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the prices we publish for our home move, specialist move, packing and cleaning services are quoted ex VAT. Our storage price of from £45 per week is quoted as stated, not ex VAT. Confirm the final figure, including VAT, when you get your quote.

What’s included in a home move?

Accepted Answer

Our home move services (Value Moves, Small Home Moves, Large Home Moves, Flat and Apartment Moves) include the team, vehicle and careful handling of your furniture and belongings from collection to delivery. If you’d like your items packed for you first, our separate Packing service can be added on.

Do you offer packing, or do I need to pack everything myself?

Accepted Answer

Both — our Packing service (from £295 ex VAT) covers a full or partial pack ahead of your move, wrapping and boxing fragile items properly. If you’d rather pack yourself, our Packaging Supplies service can provide the boxes, tape and wrap you need.

What are your storage terms?

Storage is charged from £45 per week. It can be booked on its own or alongside a home move, and is useful for bridging a gap in a property chain, a renovation, or simply while you decide where something is going. Get in touch with how much you need to store and for how long, and we’ll confirm a price.

Do you handle house and flat clearances?

Accepted Answer

Yes — House Clearances and Flat Clearances are both priced per job rather than a fixed rate, since every property and every amount of clearance is different. Contact us for a free, no-obligation quote once we know what’s involved.

Can you move a piano or another large, awkward item?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Piano Moves (from £125 ex VAT) is a specialist service using a piano trolley and protective blankets. Single Large Item Moves (from £125 ex VAT) covers one bulky item on its own, and Awkward Moves (from £395 ex VAT) covers jobs where access — a tight doorway, staircase or approach — is the main challenge.
